CDS also gives you KPI reports for fair performance reviews, an org chart builder, a workflow creator, feedback forms with shareable links, a resume builder and an online profile - plus Newsfeed and notifications.

Your lead registers you under their team in Workspace Administration. Once you're added, your assigned tasks show up in Task Management.

Yes. Task Management is fully configurable: define your own task types, fields and statuses to match your workflow.

GitHub / GitLab for engineering sync, Google Workspace for docs and collaboration, Google Sheets as a live data source, Google Drive for files, and Apps Script for automation.

Leads and admins, from Administration: members, departments, schedules, and access and permission control.

The QA Champion board scores bugs and usability reports at 3 points, test cases and bug reviews at 2, closed tickets at 1, and reopened tickets at −1. The top 2 for each period are eligible for certificates. There are also QA Automation and Development boards.

Each team can have its own retro board with Went Well, To Improve, Action Items and Kudos columns, plus icebreaker questions, a dice roller and a spinning wheel. Boards can be private to the team.

In Overview. KPIs, headcount and ticket trends are calculated automatically, so there's no manual reporting.
